At Lecoo, we take pride in delivering fresh, organic vegetables, fruits, and groceries right from local farms to your doorstep — quickly, safely, and sustainably. 🌾

This page explains how our delivery process works, the areas we serve, and what you can expect when you place an order with us.

🚚 1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most major areas in Bangalore, including but not limited to:
•Rajankunte •Hebbal • Yelahanka • and nearby localities.

We’re constantly expanding to serve more areas in and around Bangalore.
If your PIN code isn’t currently serviceable, please check back soon — or drop us an email at care@lecoo.in and we’ll notify you when we’re available in your area.

⏰ 2. Delivery Timings

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the same day.

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered within 24 hours.

• Delivery Hours:
  🕓 Monday to Sunday— 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  🚫 Sundays — Deliveries may be limited in select areas.

We always aim to deliver fresh produce as soon as possible after harvest for maximum freshness.

 

📦 3. Delivery Process

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

2. Packing: Fresh items are handpicked, sorted, and packed carefully in eco-friendly packaging.

3. Out for Delivery: You’ll be notified once your order is dispatched with tracking details (if applicable).

4. Delivery: Our trained delivery partners ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

💳 4. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery for orders above ₹899.

• A nominal delivery fee (₹30–₹50) applies for smaller orders depending on location.

• Delivery fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

We believe in complete transparency — no hidden costs or surprise charges.

 

🌿 5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

At Lecoo, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
We use biodegradable, reusable, or recyclable packaging materials to minimize plastic waste and reduce our carbon footprint.

You can also return clean packaging materials (like crates or cloth bags) to our delivery staff for reuse.

⚠️ 6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Traffic restrictions

• High order volume

• Unforeseen logistical issues

If your order is delayed, our team will inform you promptly and arrange the earliest possible delivery.

❌ 7. Failed Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailability

• Inaccessible location

We’ll attempt to contact you via phone or email.
If re-delivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply.
