We connect you directly to local organic farmers and sustainable producers, ensuring chemical-free, farm-fresh products delivered right to your doorstep.
2. When was Lecoo founded?
Lecoo was founded in 2025 with the mission to make healthy, organic living accessible to every Bangalore household.
3. What makes Lecoo different from other grocery platforms?
We sell only organic, pesticide-free produce.
We source directly from local farms, not middlemen.
Our packaging is eco-friendly and reusable.
We focus on freshness, transparency, and sustainability.
🛒 Ordering & Payments
4. How do I place an order?
You can place an order easily through our website or Lecoo mobile app:
Browse products and add them to your cart.
Enter your delivery address and choose your slot.
Pay securely using your preferred payment method.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets
Cash on Delivery (available for select areas)
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it’s packed or dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.
For changes, please contact care@lecoo.in as soon as possible.

7. Where does Lecoo deliver?
We currently deliver across most of Bangalore, including:
•Rajankunte •Hebbal •Yelahanka • and nearby localities.
8. How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery: For orders placed before 12:00 PM
Next-day delivery: For orders placed after 12:00 PM
Delivery times depend on your area and slot availability.
9. What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery for orders above ₹899
₹30–₹50 delivery charge for smaller orders (depending on distance)
10. How will I know when my order is arriving?
You’ll receive an SMS or email update when your order is confirmed, packed, and out for delivery.
Our delivery partner may also call you before arrival.

11. Are all Lecoo products certified organic?
Yes 🌿 — all our products are 100% certified organic and sourced from verified farms across Karnataka.
We ensure no harmful pesticides, fertilizers, or preservatives are used at any stage.
12. How do you ensure freshness?
We pick produce fresh daily and deliver within hours of harvest.
All items are stored in temperature-controlled environments until delivery.
13. What if I receive a damaged or spoiled item?
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact care@lecoo.in within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately after verification.
💳 Refunds & Returns
14. What is Lecoo’s return policy?
Perishable items (fruits, vegetables) cannot be returned once accepted, unless damaged or spoiled.
Non-perishable items can be replaced if defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
15. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

16. Does Lecoo use plastic packaging?
No — we’re committed to eco-friendly practices.
We use biodegradable, cloth, or recyclable packaging materials to reduce plastic waste.
17. Can I return packaging materials?
Yes! You can hand over clean packaging materials (like crates or cloth bags) to our delivery partner during your next order pickup.
We reuse or recycle them responsibly.

18. Do I need an account to shop on Lecoo?
You can browse without an account, but you’ll need to sign up or log in to place orders and track deliveries.
Having an account also helps you view order history and get exclusive offers.
