This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work on our platform.
🛒 1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please contact us at care@lecoo.in or through the Lecoo app.
If payment was already made, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy below.
Note: Lecoo reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
🍎 2. Return & Replacement Policy
We aim to deliver fresh and high-quality products every time. However, if you receive:
Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, or
Products past their expiration date,
you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a return or replacement:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via care@lecoo.in.
Share clear photos of the product and order details.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund based on verification.
Important:
Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, returns are not accepted for reasons like taste preference, overripe produce, or accidental order errors once delivered in good condition.
💳 3. Refund Policy
If your order is cancelled or a return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
If you don’t receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider for updates, then reach out to us if needed.
📦 4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Successfully delivered and accepted perishable goods
Orders cancelled after dispatch
Gift cards, coupons, or promotional credits
🚚 5. Delivery Issues
If a delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes), Lecoo will make every effort to complete it as soon as possible.
Refunds or replacements for delays are at Lecoo’s sole discretion.
