By placing an order, registering, or browsing our website/app, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To use Lecoo, you must:

• Have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor.

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

Lecoo is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification.

• Lecoo accepts payments through secure gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, etc.).

• By providing payment information, you authorize Lecoo to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.

If payment fails, Lecoo reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• Lecoo currently delivers across Bangalore city limits.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• Perishable items (vegetables, fruits): Cannot be returned once delivered unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

• Non-perishable groceries: Can be replaced if defective or incorrect.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please contact care@lecoo.in within 24 hours of delivery for any issues with your order.

8. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

• Lecoo reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated promptly after cancellation confirmation.

9. Use of Website and App

You agree not to:

• Use Lecoo for unlawful or fraudulent activities
